Sufa's Terms of Service

Welcome to SUFA ("SUFA", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SUFA application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using SUFA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Service
SUFA is a productivity and planning platform designed to help students and other users organize tasks, schedules, assignments, calendars, notes, and academic responsibilities through planning tools, automation, and AI-powered assistance.
Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SUFA.
If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
By using SUFA, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts
You may access certain features through a Google account or other supported authentication methods.
You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• Maintaining the security of your device

• All activities that occur under your account

• Providing accurate account information

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Google Services Integration
SUFA may integrate with Google services, including:

• Google Calendar

• Google Classroom

• Google Account Services

By connecting your Google account, you authorize SUFA to access information necessary to provide requested functionality.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms, policies, and user agreements.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create within SUFA, including:

• Tasks

• Notes

• Planner entries

• Schedules

• Calendar information

• Homework information

• Feedback submissions

You grant SUFA a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• Disrupt or interfere with service operation

• Upload malicious software or harmful code

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Circumvent security measures

• Use automated tools to overload the Services

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law

7. Artificial Intelligence Features
SUFA may provide AI-generated recommendations, schedules, suggestions, or responses.
AI-generated content:

• May be incomplete

• May contain inaccuracies

• May not reflect current information

• Should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, educational, or safety advice

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property
The SUFA name, branding, software, user interface, logos, graphics, and associated materials are owned by SUFA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• Copy

• Distribute

• Modify

• Sell

• License

• Reproduce

• Create derivative works from

any portion of the Services.

9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that SUFA will always be available.
The Services may experience:

• Maintenance periods

• Downtime

• Technical failures

• Interruptions caused by third-party providers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

10. Beta Features
Certain features may be designated as beta, experimental, preview, or early-access features.
These features may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality and may be modified or removed without notice.
Use of beta features is at your own risk.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SUFA at any time if:

• These Terms are violated

• The Services are misused

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Security concerns arise

• Required by law

You may stop using SUFA at any time.
Termination does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUFA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

• NON-INFRINGEMENT

• ACCURACY

• RELIABILITY

• AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUFA, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SUFA and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable law

• Content submitted by you

15. Privacy
Your use of SUFA is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
